Challenges

Biggest challenges happened during onsite execution. Especially under extreme hot weather, and unexpected thunder storm evacuation in Texas, Dallas. The overall execution plan got delayed multiple times.

Solutions

Due to tight deadline before grand opening, each man force were extremely important to realize our plan on time. All team crews jumped in on execution, get hands dirty, several late night works, and we successfully completed the work together.

Creative Plan

For the very first moment of experience, we used color gradient as a guidance for graphic theme, lighting, and furniture arrangement to create natural transition from the entrance towards Atrium’s main bar.
